In short: how an engagement runs, step by step — from a first conversation to a handover-ready first working version.

How I work — the process

Every engagement follows a predictable path. It stays small enough to remain realistic, but structured enough that you always know what the next step produces.

  1. 01

    Scoping

We clarify the goal, the users, the system context, and what a first working version actually needs to prove. The output is a shared, written understanding of scope — including what will deliberately not be built.

  2. 02

    Technical assessment

I review feasibility, risks, dependencies, and sensible technical options. You get an honest read on what is realistic in the first stage and what should wait.

  3. 03

    Architecture sketch

I outline a pragmatic architecture: the core components, integrations, and data flow. Small enough to build quickly, sound enough not to be thrown away immediately.

  4. 04

    Prototype implementation

I build the first working version — the core workflow, first integrations or automations, with traceable technical decisions. Not a slide deck: something you can actually run and evaluate.

  5. 05

    Review and handover

We review the result together. You receive an understandable technical structure, documentation of key decisions, and clear next steps — ready to hand over to an internal team or a next delivery partner.
