- Do you only work on SAP projects?
- No. SAP integration is a strong part of my background and a credibility anchor, but the independent work here focuses on turning digital ideas, internal tools, and AI-supported workflows into first working versions. SAP experience helps when a project touches enterprise systems, but it is not a requirement. For SAP-specific inquiries, write to viktor-sap@vostrikov.de.
- Can you build a first MVP alone?
- Yes. The typical engagement is exactly that: I clarify scope, design a pragmatic architecture, and build a usable first working version myself. It stays deliberately small so it remains realistic and can be evaluated quickly.
- Do you work with non-technical founders?
- Yes. A large part of the value is translating an unclear idea into a technical shape and explaining trade-offs clearly. You do not need to be technical — you need to be able to make decisions about the product.
- Can you take over an existing messy prototype?
- Often, yes. I start with a structured technical review to understand the current state, the risks, and what is worth keeping. From there we decide whether to extend it or rebuild the core deliberately.
- What do you need before a first call?
- A short brief — often 5–10 lines about the idea, the users, the current situation, the constraints, and what a first working version should prove. The Start a project page lists the exact questions and offers a downloadable template.
- Which languages do you work in?
- English, German, and Russian. Written and spoken.
- Can you hand over the result to our internal team?
- Yes, and that is the intended outcome. The solution should not depend on me permanently. Understandable structure, documentation of key decisions, and handover-readiness are part of the work.
